well, I found all of these somewhere in the internet. Most of the sites devoted to friendships bracelets contain full instructions and pictures of how to make knots. I mostly used a huge polish site, but unfortunaly it no longer exists. But there are a lot of cool sites, for example this one:

Just click the picture at the beginning, and then the menu option: "Zrób to sam". Consecutively, on the left you can click: 1. Basics - making knots, 2. Particular patterns, 3. Making bracelet with an isccription, 4. Ending a bracelet, 5. What to do if the bracelet curls up, 6. What to do if one of the threads is to short. The pictures should be enough for you to know what's going on, but if you ever need translation, let me know.
You can also click "linki" and explore a lot more sites, polish and foreign as well! Good luck :)
